My name is Ruth and my husband Dan and I own and manage our Sandpiper Properties Vacation Rental homes.

We live right in Venice so we can take care of any issues with the houses ourselves.

We visited the area in December 2011 from Pennsylvania and during our stay we decided to move here and have never looked back.

When you rent from us, you deal directly with the owners of the properties instead of a third party.
